Roppongi’s Azabu-juban epitomizes Tokyo chic.
Nestled in the serenity of Higashi-Azabu, it's just a stone's throw from the urban bustle.
An area with a chic all its own.

Step into the Japanese-style dining room, and settle in front of a counter made of precious solid Yoshino cypress.
Pass through a low door into a private space evoking images of a tranquil Japanese tea room.
High-quality, natural materials create an exquisite harmony of traditional and modern Japanese.
Welcome to a warm experience in a friendly space.

Enjoy select seasonal ingredients that go straight to the heart
At Inase, you can dine in peace of mind with safe and delicious ingredients. The majority are sourced directly from privately contracted domestic suppliers. They include rare, pure-bred Agu pork from Okinawa; reduced-pesticide vegetables from Hida Takayama; and same-day-sourced fresh seafood from Toyosu Market.
We prepare all these ingredients, selected by our master chef, with the utmost care and passion, so that you can fully enjoy the seasonal flavors of Japan.
Share a table, however diverse your food needs and desires
Some people can’t or won’t eat meat. Some have food allergies. And others insist on strict nutritional balance. Here, they can all enjoy eating at the same table. That’s the Inase ideal. Whether you want vegan and vegetarian, high protein, or low calorie, our menu has something for everyone.
Make the meal more fulfilling with drinks to match your taste and mood
Pair your dishes with fine wine, sake from Japan’s renowned regions, or one of our many choices of distilled spirits.
Our lunch menu

Konjiki no Oyako-don (chicken and egg on rice)

Please enjoy ‘the golden oyakodon‘, which is made from Okumino's Kochi chicken and Nagoya Cochin's eggs simmered in the soup stock. Carefully selected chicken, eggs, and bonito broth play the best harmony.
